Summer Spring Rolls

Mix the kimchee base with water, lime juice and grape seed oil. Stir until it is a sauce.

Place the rice sheets in cold water for 5 seconds and put it on your worksheet. Arrange the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, Hippo Tops, Salad Pea, Shiso Purple, Shiso Purple Leaves, the Ghoa Cress and Daikon Cress. Drizzle some dressing and roll it tightly.

Cut into thirds and put it on the board. Garnish the rolls on the plate with the kimchee sauce and roasted sesame seeds.
