Koppert Cress introduces Liita Cress

17 July 2017

Koppert Cress introduces Liita Cress. Liita Cress is a slightly bitter cress with the flavour of lavender. Lavender flowers have long been used in cooking, but now there is also a cress variant. The decorative and tasty properties give it great versatility. Liita Cress matches well with light meats, strong-tasting vegetables, and cheese, and it also works particularly well in sweet dishes. Liita Cress originates from the Mediterranean region. The purple lavender fields with their wonderful scent are characteristic of Provence in the South of France.
