Taste and usage
Blue Ocean is the flower of the plant that also gives the Oyster Leaves. The decorative flowers change from pink to lavender blue when maturing. They start with a sweetish flavour followed by the salty oyster flavour. Combined with all kinds of seafood, they are an interesting addition to the ingredients already available.

Availability and storage
Blue Ocean is available year round and can be stored up to a week at a temperature of 2-4°C.Produced in a socially responsible culture, Blue Ocean meets the hygienic kitchen standards.
